The Pantsy Summer Show


The three of us, being Bethany, Summer, and Halie have decided it'd be fun to host a show for the first time together on the joint account! Below are all the shows and the information about it. Don't forget to get your entry in before the deadline and put effort in it!



Deadline: September 1st, 2013 / 11:59 PM Mountain Time-Zone :new: Extended!

Judges: Bethany, Summer, & Halie.

Rules


• All entries MUST be full body images with a complete background.
• Effort is a must! No chibi ponies or sticked-legged humans.
• No premade lineart or photo backgrounds. All work must be made by you!
• No reusing old images and linearts. Work must be made by yourself from the day the show starts, not before.
• The horse you are entering must be trained in the discipline that you are entering them in.
• Horses under the age of 4 may not enter unless in Halter.
• Every discipline has different rules. If you do not read them you are subjected to disqualification or loss of points. (meaning if we state that your background must be rainy and have a forest and you don't..well..)
• Both realistic and fantasy breeds accepted. No limit to what breed can enter.

Classes



Mares and Fillies Beauty Pageant
This class is only for Mares and Fillies. Horses need to wear costumes. It is handler's choice as to whether or not the horse wears makeup. The goal of this class is to impress the judges with your good looks and costume. Class held in indoor arena, multi-colored ribbons hang along walls and lower walls have few signs with stable names on them.

♢Fillies under the age of 6 months may not enter unless shown with their mother.
♦ Tack needed?: No.
♦ Handler Needed?: Yes but does not need to be shown.

Jump The River
This is an old game played by the two-legged ones, only changed a bit to fit horses! We have meter sticks to measure how far your horse jumps. The goal is to jump the farthest. Handlers will have a running start and lead the horse, with a small jump along the way, we will measure how far your horse jumps. Class held outside near the beach.

♢Horses under the age of 4 may not enter
♦ Tack needed?: No.
♦ Handler needed?: Yes but does not need to be shown.

Working Pairs
This class is equivalent to Halter and Costume. Only paired together. Horses are in costumes. Paired with a partner (your choice) and moving along with music of your choice(music must match your costume. no sad songs with happy-looking costumes). Class held in the indoor arena. Walls have multi-colored ribbons along them and lower walls have stable names.

♦ Tack needed?: No!
♦ Handler Needed?: No.

Shallow Water Jumping
This class is equivalent to showjumping. Only in shallow water. Handlers need to wear swimsuits. Class is located out on the beach. Palm trees are shown and jumps are located in the shallow area of the ocean. Water is around 2-3 feet deep.

♢Horses under the age of 4 may not enter. Handlers must be 16+ years old.
♦ Tack Needed?: Yes!
♦ Handler Needed?: Yes!
